Overlap with Strong Sad's Severed Head

Which of the following is the best course of action here:

  1. Include all the appearances of Strong Sad's severed head on this page as well.
  2. Omit them, but include a more prominent link to that page on this one.
  3. Merge the severed head article into this one.

I lean towards the second one. Trey56 20:53, 21 March 2007 (UTC)

We're dealing appearences of severed body parts within the Homestarrunner Universe, so I'm not sure if all of the appearences mentioned in Strong Sad's Severed Head qualify to be on this page. I personally feel that we should go with the third option, but only if the majority of people feel that the previously mentioned appearences qualify. If not, I think it's best if the two pages just overlap.-- DongleGoblin 21:35, 21 March 2007 (UTC)
I disagree. This article should list all references to severed body parts, not just actual appearances. This means that Trey's suggestions are valid, and I would prefer #2 for two reasons: a) We should avoid 1 to 1 copies and b) SSSH is a gag in it's own right and should be documented as such. Loafing 21:56, 21 March 2007 (UTC)
Can't we just put a "see also" link? --Trogga 03:26, 29 March 2007 (UTC)
If we go with #1, we would then need to delete "Strong Sad's Severed Head". It would be the same as #3. So there are two real choices: replace SSSH with content here, or list non-SSSH content here and use a See Also link. I think that there's the better choice. Okay, I see that Strong Sad's Severed Head is considered its own running gag. Seven appearances of Strong Sad's head (or a reasonable fascimile thereof) not attached to his body is plenty to justify it. Strangely, we have "Email impression — The Cheat dresses up as Strong Sad's left leg" under Strong Sad's Severed Head in this article. Not cool. It's The Cheat dressed up as a severed limb so I guess that can count as a severed body part. But not a head. I'm having a hard time putting into words what I would suggest, so, for the time being, I'm just changing the page. At the first complaint, the change can get reverted and we'll keep discussing it. (And I guess Trey56's choice #3 above is still an option, too, but then Category:Object running gags would not list both Severed Body Parts and Strong Sad's Severed Head separately. A minor loss that I wouldn't lose sleep over, but a "loss" all the same.) Yeah, it's an awkward situation. OptimisticFool 07:32, 16 November 2007 (UTC)

not right

Here are some that we should remove:

There you have it, Jimmy-Jimmy. Justin Master of Nature 19:22, 18 December 2007 (UTC)

I agree. Maybe the severed toe from Halloween Potion-ma-jig should be removed because it looks more like a Halloween souvenir rather than an actual toe cut off. -Ümläut76 (The C Zone · Talk here!) 15:51, 1 December 2008 (UTC) P.S.: It has been about 348 days since you've been answered.

Marzipan's ponytail

Bubs displays Marzipan's ponytail is Where My Hat Is At?. It appears to be ripped off, but it is complete, unlike the King of Town's beard. Orange Pulp 23:22, 8 August 2009 (UTC)

Well, Mr. Pulp, I'm not sure if it goes here. If you word it right, it might fit. free 00:34, 9 August 2009 (UTC)
