It is usually unnecessary and often undesirable to confront trolls logically. Many times it only serves to encourage them to commit more acts of vandalism. As you can see [[:Image:allsigs.png|here]], the only one with a gif-sig like you is Arrow'd, and he's been inactive for some time now. ::It's allowed. That talk on... it was either the main page or FAQ, I forgot, said that someone can now have 2 personal images and 1 for their sig. This gif is the one for Lotionman's sig. ::Well, we are still in the middle of making official guidelines, but in the meantime, use a sig where your name is all text, and don't use any animated images.
