- If I Ran the Camera — Karen Wagner writes a poem similar to "If I Ran the Zoo".
- Parsnips A-Plenty — Old-Timey Strong Bad's telescope is very similar to the one in The Hoober-Bloob Highway.
- That a Ghost — Old-Timey Strong Bad's Seuss-inspired telescope reappears.
- Email radio (Easter egg) — The cover of "The Fish was Delish, and it Made Quite a Dish" by Crazy Prof. Sportsinterviews copies the appearance of Dr. Seuss' drawings.
- Email dreamail — The Cheat removes the cover of Strong Bad's serving tray by extending his arm in a whimsical, Dr. Seuss-style manner.
- 20X6 vs. 1936 (DVD Commentary) — Mike Chapman compares the truce between Stinkoman and The Homestar Runner to "the end of the pale green pants". "The pale green pants" refers to "What Was I Scared Of?".
- Email cliffhangers (Easter egg) — The cover of "Little Jakey Pleasenthanks" by Crazy Prof. Sportsinterviews also takes inspiration from Dr. Seuss' drawings.
- Baddest of the Bands — Strong Bad recites, "One fish, two fish, starfish, carfish," while adding a starfish to the Gremlin's antenna.
- Dangeresque 3: The Criminal Projective — When Dangeresque assumes that The Stick only has one blossom left, he says, "Good thing I had that Lorax framed for murder."
- Doomy Tales of the Macabre — The Cheat dresses up as The Lorax on Halloween 2009.
- Which Ween Costumes? — Marzipan and The Cheat dress as Cindy Lou-Who and Max, respectively, both of whom appeared in How the Grinch Stole Christmas!.
