Emaciation

Emaciation is a serious health problem characterized by an extreme loss of weight usually due to malnutrition. Sometimes, characters in the Homestar Runner universe unfortunately become emaciated.

- Bronco Trolleys — If you don't feed Homestar Runner enough of the titular snacks within the allotted time, he will be emaciated at the end of the game.
- Teen Girl Squad 11 — What's Her Face finds out that she is sharing her bunk with an emaciated Raccoon Girl.
- Cheat Commandos: 2 Part Episode: Part 1 — Reynold has become emaciated, apparently due to neglect, and he begs for a small amount of food. By Part 2, Blue Laser gives him the nickname "Scrawnjob".
- A Decemberween Mackerel — Homsar is seen emaciated at the very end of the toon.
