The entry for "kick-awesome" in the Urban Dictionary is from Jul 21, 2005 [1]. space program is from November 14, 2005.
- This puts this one in the "patently false" category, it would seem.
Re: second arg for: You might not, but some people clearly do. The phrase is not H*R-specific.

Additional comments:

Just because you don't hear someone use a phrase in everyday conversation doesn't mean that it's hasn't been used before.
