[edit] Rename?
I think we should rename this page to "History of Stinkoman 20X6 Level 10" or "Stinkoman 20X6 Level 10 Development" Guybrush20X6 23:14, 21 December 2020 (UTC)
- Whatever the new name is, I agree that it should at least be renamed, especially now that the level is actually out. DEI

- I'm going to formally propose moving it to "Stinkoman 20X6 Level 10 Delays" given that's what the running gag is about really. Guybrush20X6 00:57, 29 December 2020 (UTC)
- I find it kind of interesting that this is one of the few cases in which we have both a page for the content and a page about the content. There's not much precedence for this sort of thing; the best comparison I can think of is tape-leg and Tape-leg. Another interesting thing about this page is that it doesn't really have a clear focus. It could be considered a running gag page, but not entirely, since it also contains information about the development and stuff. This makes it hard to decide a good name for it, since no title can sufficiently describe the page's scope (except the current title, but that's unhelpfully vague).
- I don't think a rename is strictly necessary, but it could be helpful. Then again, we have two articles called "tape-leg" so I don't suppose choosing helpful titles is our greatest priority. I don't think "Delays" is a great title, since there have only been two delays, and it doesn't quite cover the entire scope of the article. "Stinkoman 20X6 Level 10 Development" is probably the best option, since it describes most of the page (not all of it, but close enough). Gfdgsgxgzgdrc 03:34, 29 December 2020 (UTC)
- Seriously think that the second Tape Leg should be "Tape Leg (Running Gag)" but I agree with Stinkoman 20X6 Level 10 Development. Guybrush20X6 01:05, 30 December 2020 (UTC)
- Just to check before I break anything, are we alright with "Stinkoman 20X6 Level 10 Development"? Guybrush20X6 15:50, 25 February 2021 (UTC)
- I think I'm okay with calling it Stinkoman 20X6 Level 10 Development, but perhaps a {{rename}} tag should be added first for a little bit more visibility? I feel like there might be a better name out there but I can't think of one.
- Also, what's the plan with "Stinkoman 20X6 Level 10"? Will it be a redirect? A disambiguation? A redirect to a disambiguation?
- To sidetrack things a little, in addition to the Tape-leg issue, I also noticed in a recent edit that Crying vs crying was also an issue! Perhaps a project should be created to find disambiguate these kinds of issues? --Stux 14:07, 25 February 2021 (UTC)
- "Stinkoman 20X6 Level 10 Development" isn't a perfect title, but it's the best one I can think of, so that's fine. I imagine once the page is renamed, Level 10 will be moved to Stinkoman 20X6 Level 10, and Level 10 will redirect to the disambiguation. And regarding similarly-named pages, there's a discussion happening about that over here. Gfdgsgxgzgdrc 20:13, 25 February 2021 (UTC)
- An alternative to "Stinkoman 20X6 Level 10 Development" is "Stinkoman 20X6 Level 10 Pre-Release". This title would cover more of the page, such as the trailers, the 15-year gap, and other mentions of level 10. (Of course, that name would become outdated if something notable regarding the level were to happen post-release, unless we chose not to document it on this page.) - I suggest "Development of Stinkoman 20X6". A minor adjustment, but putting "Development" as the first word of the title emphasizes that the process of creation and pre-release is the subject. Compare Development of Duke Nukem Forever or Development of Final Fantasy XV over on 'kipedia, where everything leading up to the day of release is discussed but the final game is covered in the main articles. -- Bleu Ninja 01:28, 31 July 2022 (UTC)
- Well, the page is specific to Level 10, so I don't think "Development of Stinkoman 20X6" is quite right. Unless you meant "Development of Stinkoman 20X6 Level 10", which I wouldn't be opposed to. The Knights Who Say Ni 05:53, 31 July 2022 (UTC)
- "Development of Stinkoman 20X6 Level 10" is indeed what I meant. D'oh! -- Bleu Ninja 05:55, 31 July 2022 (UTC)
