- Volume 1 contains all the shorts (except the Cheat Commandos toons), Puppet Stuff, Powered by The Cheat, Teen Girl Squad issues 1-10, Answering Machines versions 1.0-12.2, Puppet Jam: President's Daughter, Puppet Jam: Apple Juice Blues, Puppet Jam: Everybody Knows It, Bubslegum Comics, Exaggerations, From the Vault, Peasant's Quest Outtakes, Your Hair is Messed Up, Peasant's Quest Animatic, An Open Forum, and Here's How We Made It.
- Volume 2 contains all the big toons, holiday cartoons, Cheat Commandos episodes, and bonus stuff, including a Cheat Commandos interactive game, commentaries, and unreleased cartoons.

Easter Eggs
- Most of the toons have two kinds of secrets:
- Audio commentary: Access by pressing the "Language" or "Audio" button. Not all toons have them.
- Secret menu options: Once the toon is over, any Easter Eggs will show up as the Homestar Runner logo at the end of the toon, select the logo to access them. If you do not select an Easter Egg, you will be taken back to the main menu within a few seconds.
- Each menu has a secret Easter egg if you wait for a while. All are unique in their own way.
