The word "style" is frequently used in contexts where it doesn't quite belong and has thus become something of a running gag within the Homestar Runner universe. Though this word is most closely associated with Nebulon, it is used by all manner of characters.
Appearances
- Email 2 emails — In an easter egg, Old-Timey Strong Bad advertises "Uncle Strong Bad's Flavor Taste Style Chewing Powders".
- Email caper — The Jumble puzzle in the Easter egg has a "hilarious cartoon style drawing" on it.
- New Boots — According to Powered By The Cheat Strong Bad, nobody likes Nebulon's style.
- Email haircut — Strong Bad mentions "headbrow style".
- Decemberween in July — One of the links reads "Puppet Style".
- Scrolling Shooter Games Menu — Peasant's Quest is described as utilizing "[t]ext and graphic style!"'
