Tofu makes numerous appearances in the Homestar Runner universe. It is a food that Marzipan enjoys immensely, though none of the other characters share this viewpoint.

- The Luau — Marzipan tries to serve barbecued tofu to her guests. Homestar Runner makes a tofu replica of himself so he can sneak away.
- Luau Main Page — This page features Tofu Homestar.
- Email english paper — Marzipan is said to be famous for tofu breakfast burritos.
- Marzipan's Answering Machine Version 9.2 — Strong Bad tries to make Marzipan believe that tofu is made from baby seals.
