[edit] Ownership
I've been thinking, maybe the car wasn't broken when they filmed Dangeresque, maybe Strong Bad just doesn't have the keys for it. I'm thinking that Strong Bad doesn't know how to drive (or at least has no licence). Furthermore, Marzipan is the only character who has ever been seen with car keys (in one of the answering machine sketches). Yes, that's right: I think Marzipan owns the Gremlin! -- The Real Zajac 12:07, 3 May 2005 (PDT)

What about the set of keys the cheat won in the sbemail "pop-up"? Could those be to the gremlin?-- blue_bomberman 2:01, 9 Sept 2006 (CST)
[edit] Possible reference...
The Gremlin may be a reference to the 1999 film The Haunting (a remake of an earlier film) - in which the main character, played by Lily Taylor, drives a white mid-seventies Gremlin. It would seem oddly appropriate, seeing as how the Gremlin first appeared in "Homestarloween Party." -- Vitesse
[edit] How do you open the door?
It seems like there's no handles on the doors! Should that be added to the article? Or is it that '73 Gremlins just looked like they had none? Steve Talk Contributions 18:18, 5 September 2006 (UTC)

- Homestar opened it from the outside (somehow). --DorianGray 05:15, 18 May 2008 (UTC)
- Using his lack of visible arms to pull the lack of visible door handle.

[edit] 73
How do we know it's a '73? --Jnelson09 19:36, 5 November 2006 (UTC)
- Pro'lly some car expert uses the wiki. --DorianGray
- Don't know that it proves anything, but this picture of a 1973 model looks a lot like it.
