Welcome from the gang!

Welcome to the Homestar Runner Wiki where anybody can have fun around here Omnisweater! We're glad to have you as a member. My name is Sam the Man and once again, welcome. If you need any help, feel free to ask anyone on the welcoming committee. You can also post questions on the FAQ talk page. Wiki's like this are somtimes very confusing. Trust me, I was very confused when I started out just like you. But you will get used to it. Sysops like Trey56 and DorianGray are always around to help you. Play your cards right and maybe you'll become a sysop too. Everyone has fun around, have a sense of humor and have fun! Alas, I hope we can friends in the future.

Hey there, I've noticed you adding piped to links to the new hremail... in general, we prefer linking to redirects where it makes sense to, for a bunch of reasons. I see you said it was too late to come up with a clever account name. There is a page (who's name I forget) that can allow you to change your name if you sincerly want to. Could I get someone to back me up here? Someone who knows that page name? Well, in the meantime, maybe you would want to come up with a name that satisfies you. You see, the reason I added "Sort of" to the end of that paragraph was that I know it's possible to change my name, but even if I did, "Omnisweater" would still be left on all the talk pages I wrote on, and wherever I'm mentioned by somebody else I'd be called Omnisweater. Hey Omnisweater, Although the latest video suggests it, we're still not entirely sure if the channel is an official H*R channel. Until we settle it on a discussion it is best to hold off linking videos to that channel for now. Besides, a template might be better suited for formatting such links. I don't know... The email independent was made into a DVD format, and this was just made about a month ago, and has not been released on DVD as of yet. Either it is The Brothers Chaps, or it is one good editor. That'sBupkis! 18:23, 5 September 2009 (UTC)

Oh, sorry about that. There didn't seem to be any opposing opinions. But you're right, we should probably decide on a format. Right now, I just have them pasted under the Fun Facts section, but I'm not sure if it would make more sense to have them above the Fun facts, since some facts might reference the description. My thought is to have the RSS descriptions similar to the way the Podstar descriptions were listed among Trivia. However, these are longer, so... yeah, we'll discuss elsewhere... wbwolf (t | ed)
