Most animations on homestarrunner.com run at 12 frames per second (fps). However, some animations run at a higher frame rate for various reasons.
Appearances
- Kick The Cheat
- DVDs — The FBI warnings at the beginning of some DVDs have a smoother frame rate due to the constantly shifting colors.
- Teen Girl Squad Issue 10 — Done to enhance the appearance of a three-dimensional sequence.
- 500 The Cheats — To fit 500 drawings of The Cheat in the thirty-second short.
- Punkin Stencils — Since the 2007 update, in order for the conveyor belt to move smoothly.
