The Edgarware anti-virus software was not able to cope withthe 423,827 ruses found on the machine, resulting in a total infection of the Homestar Runner universe.The resulting abnormalities were ended by Bubs and his [[Bubs' shotgun|shotgun], who destroyed the viruses along with the Compy 386. The Virus made a reappearance in Main age 22. One result of The Virus was the opening the minds of the characters.
Harmful Effects of The Virus
- Strong Bad could not delete the virus-filled email.
