Hello Homsarfan (BTW, I love Homsar). Just telling you something: Template:I'm not gonna lie to you, that's a healthy piece of real estate! has 3 things wrong with it.

1 — This is just a quote, we don't need pages about quotes.
2 — Pages are like these (even though we don't have quote pages) need to be proper pages, and are not templates.
3 — I see your new here, and you have probably not read the inclusion guidelines. Please read it. It will tell you everything about creating pages.
