The Australian hard rock band AC/DC is well known for being a pioneer of heavy metal and rocking the charts with many albums. As such, The Brothers Chaps have made several references to them.
Appearances
- The Limozeen logo has a lightning bolt in the middle, similar to that of AC/DC.
- Pumpkin Carve-nival — Homestar Runner and Strong Bad (disguised as Homestar) dress as the band's guitarist, Angus Young.
- Marzipan's Answering Machine Version 7.0 — During the Easter egg, Homestar attempts to sing "Back in Black" and then comments on Angus's "schoolboy outfit".
- Teen Girl Squad Issue 13 (DVD commentary) — Mike and Matt mention AC/DC.
- Limozeen Live! - 27 Mar 2008 — The live version of "Colorin'" starts with a guitar riff similar to "Thunderstruck".
- Baddest of the Bands — The text "Baddest" in the logo is written in an AC/DC-type font.
