PNGs

Making a PNG is easy enough, if you have MS Paint. When saving the image, click "Save As..." and find PNG in the drop-down "Save As Type" list. Simple as that! --DorianGray 21:49, 18 April 2007 (UTC)

Wow, I didn't know that. Now I can upload pictures like a true Wiki Addict!--Mario2.PNG Super Martyo boing! 21:51, 18 April 2007 (UTC)
Or you could get Irfanview. It's way easier then MS Paint! User talk:Sam the Man Sam the Man 22:01, 19 April 2007 (UTC)
Wait, he has W98 I believe, and Paint for 98 does not support png IIRC. I use Microsoft Photo Editor to convert to png myself on a W98 puter. Qermaq - (T/C) Image:Qermaqsigpic.png 22:16, 18 April 2007 (UTC)
Irfanview is the program my school uses. It has some Photoshop elements in it, it is easy to crop, and it is entirely free. I recommend Irfanview, dude. I did for Sam and he loves it. Hope this helps (any), TheYellowDart(t/c) 22:21, 18 April 2007 (UTC)

Using Show Preview

Hello Homestarmy Commando1, I see that you have made several consecutive edits to the same page. I want to point out the Show Preview button. It's right next to the Save Page button when you edit. You should use it whenever you are making a lot of experimental edits, for example when you are trying to get formatting right. Using the Show Preview button is quicker and easier than saving and clicking "edit" again, and will keep recent changes and page histories from being flooded. Thanks, DeFender1031 01:42, 20 April 2007 (UTC)
