Casio keyboards are used to make most of the music for the Homestar Runner cartoons. They also make appearances in some of the toons.

Casio SK-1
The Casio SK-1 in particular was the tool used to craft some of homestarrunner.com's most recognizable tunes, particularly in its early days. However, the majority of the music is performed on the Casio MT-65.

- FAQ — According to The Brothers Chaps, most of the music on the site is made with "old Casio keyboards or worse".
- The Cheat's Keyboard is a Casio SK-1.
- Several of the SK-1's rhythms and presets have shown up as background music and sound effects, particularly in the Old Intro and A Jorb Well Done.

- Email lady...ing — The background riffs on the LaserDisc song are demo tracks of the Casio MT-100.
