I can understand making a page like this: I was gonna lobby for one. However, the page isn't really formatted well, and have you been comissioned to do this, or did you do it on your own? I kind of don't like this idea because this page will just get cluttered up. Whereas STUFF itself will get pruned from time to time, this page would just be a black hole, unless items moved here would also get pruned eventually, then there'd be no record left of the fun fact ever having been contested except in the page history (and who'd read that far back in it after a while?). - I agree also - someone recently just moved a bunch of archived STUFF items that had BEEN on their respective Talk pages (mainly from virus and dreamail) to here, taking them off the main STUFF page and adding the full discussion here (even though the discussions themselves were not on the STUFF page). I find the additions completely unnecessary, although I may understand the reasoning behind it - there are a lot of items for 'virus' on both this page and its Talk page, so maybe the person doing it was trying to clean up... Except the items on the 'virus' Talk page are STILL there. We need to come up with a definitive system of dealing with finished STUFF items. To answer your questions: yes, I do intend this to be black hole; no, I did this all on my own. The STUFF page is getting too full. It takes forever to try and load it. This is not merely a page to archive old discussions (we already have a page for that), but a place to keep the normal STUFF page from getting too unwieldy. I just removed any discusion that had been resolved and dumped it all here. One look at the Table of Contents is enough to justify the move. So what if this turns into a black hole?
