- A karaoke version of "Nite Mamas" is included on strongbad_email.exe Disc Two. Strong Bad's karaoke performance is included as an Easter egg, via a secondary audio channel.
- This song has been a part of the setlist at all four Limozeen live performances.
- In Marzipan's Answering Machine Version 17.2, Larry considers doing a sequel for the song's thirteenth anniversary: "Let's Nite Mamas Again".
- The Strong Bad Sings version was re-released on the 2024 compilation album Archive'd n' Live'd.
