That's more of a guideline than a hard-and-fast rule... but in this case, I'd have to agree. There's little enough that can be said about this item that it could safely be put on Minor Foods. It plays a marginal role in candy product, but then... no moreso than any of the other ingredients in the candy bar... -YK 22:05, 29 January 2010 (UTC)

Additionally, that rule guideline really only applies to running gags. Items, characters, places, and so on may have fewer than three appearances if they're notable enough. (But I do agree with putting this on Minor Foods.) --DorianGray 06:23, 30 January 2010 (UTC)
