Since User:Sbemail hasn't been active since early 2007, I thought I'd answer the question you asked him here. You can do a pseudo-sbemail like so:

Thanks again, for the answer, I just did the first one on my page. now, how do you do that picture beside your orange name link?

Even before you have your own custom sig made, you can sign your posts using ~~~~. Once you start making a custom sig, you can add color and images as you like. Information on all of this can be found at HRWiki:Signature and Help:Signature. Get started from there and if you still have specific questions, just reply here.
