[edit] Uploading images
Hey there, Peacy P, and welcome to the wiki! I noticed you asked why you are unable to upload images. Brand-new users are unable to upload images to prevent vandals from creating accounts solely to upload offensive images. After a short period of time, new accounts' permissions are changed so that those users can upload images. This should happen for you later today. Hope that helps, and let me know if you have any more questions. Later, Trey56 16:29, 19 June 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Sig rules
HRWiki:Signature: "Your signature must include a text version of your username" — hope that helps. OptimisticFool 06:17, 15 November 2007 (UTC)
- Ahhhh right. Okay, my bad. Whenever I tried viewing a page on "Signature" I got redirected to closing Strong Bad phrases! Didn't occur to me to check a "HRWiki" namespace. Okay, so I think my sig is now in keeping with the rules. I think! →

- Yup, that'll work :)

- One other thing... It's a bit too long. Needs to fit in this box: ☮y P … "Biscuitheads!" …. --DorianGray 06:25, 15 November 2007 (UTC)

- Yup, that'll work :)
- Hmm: It does fit in the sigbox in my browser...

- It does NOW. =3 --DorianGray 06:27, 15 November 2007 (UTC)

Sorry for all the edits clogging up Recent Changes! :X Okay, so I think this is my final version (barring any other revelations!) → ☮y P … "Biscuitheads!" … 06:34, 15 November 2007 (UTC)
- Looks good in my browser. Sleep well :)

Quick note: though you might see me as someone "well-versed in the HRWiki", I've only been editing the wiki since the end of September (this year). I haven't "seen it all" like some of the SysOps probably have. I'm happy to help where I can, but when it comes to rules, policies, etc. — I'm still a baby. [edit] Derailed Emails
Hey there, Peacy. In the future, please wait for a talk page discussion to conclude before you take action like changing the name of an article. That's what the discussion is for. Just imagine what would happen if everybody would just move the article to their suggested name instead of posting it on the talk page ;-) Keep on tranglin. Loafing 00:04, 17 December 2007 (UTC)
- I'm not logging in again, but suffice to say - "Be Bold". I believe a good while had passed without any further discussion, so I took a positive action. Well, goodbye. (Would appreciate if no one further contacted me here.) -- 208.60.233.111 03:13, 9 February 2008 (UTC)
- Moving an article without consensus - and especially with complete disregard for other users' opinions - is not postive action. Loafing

- (Logged in to delete from my userpage without it being seen as vandalism.) Anyway, the discussion stopped, one or two folks agreed with me, there was no other name that had the same amount of thin support, and no one's opinion was disregarded. So... whatever. Doesn't matter. Go ahead and change it to "emails_in_which_the_subject_of_the_letter_was_ignored" or whatever it is now, and crap up the wiki some more. What do I care? -- → ☮y P … "Biscuitheads!" …
