In the Strong Bad Email myths & legends, Strong Bad revealed the Seven Elemental Spirits of Strong Badia, seen as constellations in the starry night sky. Many of these are important elements in Strong Badian history.

The Spirits
Snake
Not much is known about the snake, except that it evolved into the Strong Badia national flag.
A Guy Holding A Big Knife
A guy holding a big knife is a recurring theme in The Homestar Runner Universe, mainly with it's appearance with Strong Badia. It's obviously a main element of Strong Badia. It evolved into Painting of a guy with a big knife.
A box of chicken
The box of chicken has made several appearances important to Strong Badia, including being a mascot for Strong Bad's Mount RidesPlace USA. It evolved into General Tso's Chicken.
A piece of wood with some nails in it
A piece of wood with some nails in it became what now holds up the Strong Badia national flag, shown in the Strong Bad Email flag day.

Yet to make an apperance in Strong Badia. Outside of Strong Badia it is seen in the introduction for Awexome Cross '98.

The pair are very well known as the Bear-Shark, which it had evolved into. They had battled the other elemental spirits in paintball, or maybe Red Rover. They came out victorious.
