Strong Bad's emails are the most updated feature of the Homestar Runner website. Most of the inside jokes on the website (e.g., the Floppy Disk Container) come from here. A few characters were even created here!

- 50 (50 emails): Lordy, Lordy! Look who's over there! (It's his fiftieth email.)

- 66½ (Arcade Game): Quite Exciting This Computer Magic! (Strong Bad gets a new arcade game.)
- 68½ (Lookin at a Thing in a Bag): T-TV, TV Show! (referring to the background music during this. It's not an email, but that's still a weird title.)
- 70 (big white face): Compy 086!! (reference to the old Macintosh screen Strong Bad uses.)
- 99½ (Not the 100th Email!!!): Not the 100th Email!!!
- 118 (virus): Compy 386?? (The compy gets shot.)
- 118½ (Broken Compy Menu): Denny's Menu (Referring to usual e-mail menu page title.)
- 119 (animal): Compy 386?? Not No More. (Strong Bad replaces the Compy 386 with the Lappy 486.)
- 120-???: Lappy 486 (Strong Bad's new laptop)
Fun Facts
- On the menu screen, Strong Bad types "strongbad_email.exe" to access the list of all e-mails. Yet within individual e-mails, Strong Bad types "strongbad_email.exe" to access this week's specific e-mail. It's unusual for a computer program to do such different things different times that it is run!
- Strong Bad never actually sends his replies. He types them, but doesn't send them.
