Intro
Hi there, I'm GuardDuck. For those of you who don't know, Guard Duck is one of the main characters in the comic Pearls Before Swine, which is probably my favorite comic ever.
My interests in Homestarrunner and the Wiki
Gosh, where to begin... I've been a user on wikipedia for a long time, so I know the basics about editing and such. I had actually never heard of Homestarrunner till this year, when my friend showed it to me. Since then, I have enjoyed it quite a bit. He then showed me the wiki, after I mentioned that I was an avid Wikipedia user, and I figured I might as well try and contribute with my limited Homestarrunner knowledge.
Intrests
Well, where to begin... while TV isn't my thing, there are a few shows I absolutely love... Monk, Doc Martin, Family Guy, American Dad, and South Park are my favorites.
I'll just get this out of the way: I hate playing almost all sports. I suspect this could be because my right eye is (almost) blind, meaning I have zero depth perception, but I think it's mostly just that the idea of teams and scores and such just doesn't interest me. As such, I'm not a huge baseball, basketball, or football fan. Sorry.
I do enjoy recreational sports, that is, such as jogging, biking, hiking, swimming, skiing... you get the idea. Some of the more obscure ones are my favorites, which is probably why I own a unicycle, stilts, and a pogo-stick. I'm on the cross-country team at my high school, and I'm proud to say that we made districts last year, which is more than you can say for any of our other teams. (Our big win was really due to the other 49 runners than me, but I tend to ignore that).
I think it's fairly obvious I spend a lot of time on the computer. You can often find me cruising Youtube, Wikipedia, Kongregate, Digg, and of course Facebook, which has sort of become a deity for me. I read many blogs, (My favorites are The Comics Curmudgeon and Stuff White People Like), and even keep one of my own, although to say it's updated frequently would be a total exaggeration.
I see I've already overwhelmed you with three paragraphs and 13 links, so I'll just end it here.

About Myself
Generally, I try not to give out too much info on the web, so I'll try and make this brief.
- Well, I'm your average high school nerd, living in good old Seattle, Washington, in the not-so-good old United States of America.
- I enjoy reading quite a lot. My favorite books include the Alex Rider series, the Uglies series, the Bartimeaus Trilogy, and of course, the Harry Potter books. I'm also a big fan of many newspaper comics. (As you may tell from above). I'm a big fan of The Office and Monk, which are in my opinion, two of the best shows ever created. I like Geography a lot, writing, science and history. Math, however... is sort of my worst enemy.
- I also like computers a lot. Some of my more favorite things to do are Youtube surf, write on my blog, play computer games, and of course, watch Homestarrunner cartoons.
