Pizza

Pizza is an Italian food invented in the 16th century after the exportation of the tomato to Europe. The people of Naples were the first to add tomato sauce to flat bread. Pizza was brought to the United States in the 19th century by Italian immigrants where it was sold on the streets. While at first only those with Italian origins enjoyed pizza, after World War II when American troops coming back from Italy brought the dish back home. Pizza is now popular in almost all parts of the world and also probably by The Brothers Chaps, as evident by the abundance of it's appearances.
