[edit] Re: pic

Thanks for telling me! I removed it at once!

No probalo. Homestar Coderhomestar-coder-sig.gif 23:07, 1 January 2006 (UTC)

[edit] WMF patch

Thank you very much Coder for the unofficial patch links for the exploit! I'd read about it the day it came out and I was just here sitting pretty waiting for Microsoft to take its time releasing a patch. It didn't occur to me that there'd be smart people out there that ALSO needed the patch themselves. Again, thank you very much! --Stux 03:42, 2 January 2006 (UTC)

I'm glad that it was useful to you! Homestar Coderhomestar-coder-sig.gif 08:41, 2 January 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Happy New Year!

I know it's a little late, I just wanted to wish you a happy new year, and may there will be no un-sourced images this year! Elcool (talk)(contribs) 10:38, 2 January 2006 (UTC)

Happy Another Longish Period of Time Day to you too! Homestar Coderhomestar-coder-sig.gif 15:17, 2 January 2006 (UTC)

[edit] O.o

Whoa. You're page sure has changed Aurora! <- If you still go by that. Feel free to comment in my Talk! I've got this funny 'All your Base' thing in a link on my Talk page. Sanjuro 18:12, 8 January 2006 (UTC)

PS. Nevermind. I just forgot... PPS. Happy New Year!

[edit] Image sources

Found the source of that Harmless Junk image. I put it on the image description page. I have a new one, though: Image:City Background.png I'm tempted to call it fanstuff because it was uploaded with some other stuff that was supposed to go on fanstuff, but I recognize it from the official site, I just can't place it in all the 20X6 stuff. — User:ACupOfCoffee@ 06:02, 13 January 2006 (UTC)

It's definently from one of the 20X6 levels, probably 1 2 or 3. As for Strong Bad's Stool, it technically pre-dates part-time job, judging from the upload date of DrHaggis. Thunderbird 22:34, 13 January 2006 (UTC)

[edit] I'm back

im battlefrank, and ill start by saying, i will not go away ever. this isnt a logic puzzle, its just a matter of an apology. too late for apologies, i dont ussually wait a year, thats right. its almost my first anniversary of getting flammed out of here. no matter how "incredibly gay" i am, that does not stpo me from getting revenge on you. last we met(2-3 months ago) i came back for revenge, you denied my existence and immediately got me banned, for i was some retard called "willy on wheels" you didnt think, you just threw my life into hell again! before that, (10-11 months ago) i worked really hard on my first edit, im talking 2-3 hours! and then, it was DELETED! all i was trying to do was improve it! then you flammed me out! this is probably gonna happen again, but now its gonna take more than an apology! im gonna keep coming back, why else do you think i bought all these backup computers!? its so that i can have my revenge! i will no longer stand for you unneeded banning, continued harrassment of h*c? what about the time he continually harrassed me? oh yea, i forgot, I HATE YOU AND YOU HAVE IT ALL IN YOUR FAVOR!

this is...crude. while it is homestar coder's choice to block you permanently or not, i think you are on really thin ice. Seriously (Talk) 18:09, 24 January 2006 (UTC)

Just ignore this guy, Seriously. He's not worth dealing with. --DorianGray
Agreed. Please ignore, Seriously. Homestar Coderhomestar-coder-sig.gif 18:54, 24 January 2006 (UTC)
Got it. Seriously (Talk) 22:59, 24 January 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Matt Chapman.gif

Oh, boy... I uploaded that a long time ago, I have no idea where it came from. Somebody's personal website, that's all I can recall. Sorry. —Gafaddict Image:Gafaddict sigpic.gif (Talk | Contribs.) 19:48, 22 January 2006 (UTC)

Thanks anyway! Homestar Coderhomestar-coder-sig.gif 19:18, 24 January 2006 (UTC)

[edit] I thought he just fell down?

I thought your magus had just tripped or was drunk or sleepy or something... not dead. --Stux 15:07, 23 January 2006 (UTC)

This sprite sheet has two nice 16x16 icons just underneath the large image in the top left corner. The one with just Magus' face in a little box with a shadow is pretty good, IMO, but the other one wouldn't be bad either. — wikisig.gif Joey (talk·edits) 18:03, 23 January 2006 (UTC)

That pic seems to be Tripod-protected and won't open for me... --DorianGray
Yeah, I can't open it either, but I think I know the sprite sheet to which you are referring. I don't really like the Magus-head icon, but thanks for the thoughts! Actually, I've rethought and decided to keep it like it is. It just goes so well with my userpage icon. Homestar Coderhomestar-coder-sig.gif 19:37, 23 January 2006 (UTC)

[edit] That bad stool

All I can say about the stool is that it has to be on or before part-time job because it was uploaded jan 3, 05. (Actually i watched PTJ earlier and didn't see it). --Stux 21:49, 24 January 2006 (UTC)

Yup. See Tbird's comment above. Homestar Coderhomestar-coder-sig.gif 22:10, 24 January 2006 (UTC)
Oh! Didn't see that. Ooops. Thanks! --Stux 22:44, 24 January 2006 (UTC)

[edit] A special message to you

POOP LOL!!!!11!1!

Thanks for that one. It made my afternoon. :) — It's dot com 21:54, 24 January 2006 (UTC)

Ah, the joys of reverting vandalism ;) Homestar Coderhomestar-coder-sig.gif 22:11, 24 January 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Double move revert

Could you do your magical fix for the double move-revert that's happened at Store? —BazookaJoe 02:16, 26 January 2006 (UTC)

Done! Homestar Coderhomestar-coder-sig.gif 02:24, 26 January 2006 (UTC)
You know what's funny? I fixed it just seconds after you did. For some reason, after I restored the 400+ deleted edits, I still couldn't see them in the history right away. But then I checked it just now, and there they were! I think that solves the mystery of your magic. —BazookaJoe 02:26, 26 January 2006 (UTC)
EDCx2:Strange. Has the bug been fixed? Seemed to me like store retained its info even after this double revert... ??? --Stux 02:27, 26 January 2006 (UTC)
Confuzzled... Homestar Coderhomestar-coder-sig.gif 02:29, 26 January 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Introduction and sandbox are special now

My most recent edit might look odd at first glance, but even more odd is the version of the page you saved. :) — It's dot com 20:10, 27 January 2006 (UTC)

Whoa! How did that happen? I'm so confuzzled today...brain go pop. Homestar Coderhomestar-coder-sig.gif 20:11, 27 January 2006 (UTC)
A while ago I hard-coded the sandbox and indroduction instructions onto their respective pages so that we wouldn't have to worry about vandals. (I always thought it was strange that we said: "Here, edit this page, but if you do it wrong we'll block you back to the stone age.") — It's dot com 20:13, 27 January 2006 (UTC)
Nicely done! You're like some kind of dynamo of wiki-usefulness. Here, The Cheat Dot com, have a trophy! Homestar Coderhomestar-coder-sig.gif 20:15, 27 January 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Another one

Hey Homestar Coder, I have another picture of unknown origin for you to inquire aboot, I mean about. It's this one, listed in the Items#Books section. Any ideas? --Stux 16:48, 11 February 2006 (UTC)

I also have half of one: it's Image:That_Time_of_Year.png it states it's from dween_kidsbook.html, but I haven't found the related page... yet. --Stux 16:50, 11 February 2006 (UTC)
Image:Comeback.PNG is from garage sale, and the related page is That Time of Year. —FireBird|Talk 16:52, 11 February 2006 (UTC)
Sweet! Thanks Firebird! --Stux 16:53, 11 February 2006 (UTC)
I replaced Image:Comeback.PNG with a better picture from 50 emails (not covered by Coach Z's arm). Oh, and Homestar Coder, I hope you don't mind me answering a question directed to you. :) —FireBird|Talk 17:08, 11 February 2006 (UTC)
Two things: I looked at the Image:Comeback.PNG image and it looks the same to me? Oh nevermind I figured it out (i needed a hard refresh). So neverind, only one thing then: if that comeback picture is in 2 emails: garage sale and 50 emails, then shouldn't it have its own page? (Thanks for letting us use your page Homestar Coder.) --Stux 19:29, 11 February 2006 (UTC)
I went ahead and created the page. It could use more information. If it does not merit a page it can be deleted. --Stux 19:45, 11 February 2006 (UTC)

[edit] I Know I'm Late, But...

Meep meep meedle-mee meep! (Congratulations!)

Recently I decided to award a The Cheat-Bot to any and all users who correctly guessed my Latin translations. So, here it is! Keep it up, LePorello / T / C 21:57, 23 February 2006 (UTC)

That's so cute! *hugs the Cheat bot* Homestar Coderhomestar-coder-sig.gif 21:43, 26 February 2006 (UTC)
And since you got the new one, here's your prize. Ding!
I was thinking that that was a very 60's-style cartoon. Then I looked at the guy's filmography, and he started making toons in 1958. Coolness. Homestar Coderhomestar-coder-sig.gif 22:23, 1 March 2006 (UTC)
I wouldn't know. My mom emailed it to me. LePorello / T / C 22:34, 1 March 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Recent edits

Yeah, I guess I'm not that good at rewording. :( — Seriously (Talk) 20:23, 1 March 2006 (UTC)

No probalo, I'm just picky about how things are phrased. Homestar Coderhomestar-coder-sig.gif 20:26, 1 March 2006 (UTC)

[edit] A whole year?

If this is in fact the anniversary of you joinging the wiki, then conga ratz. We would definitely not be where we are without you. — Seriously (Talk) 21:16, 3 March 2006 (UTC)

Thank you! *watches the conga ratz dance* Homestar Coderhomestar-coder-sig.gif 22:00, 3 March 2006 (UTC)

[edit] MA library card

Hi there Homestar Coder. I was wondering if you happened to have a Massachusetts library card that you could use to access their Newsbank database of Boston Globe articles. You see, a nice anon user added an interview that appeared back on August 9, 2003 (you might need bugmenot.com for that one after a while). We couldn't copy it, of course, but we could do a short summary if we can get our hands on the text of the article. (You also might be able to use your school's library website, maybe to get Boston Globe archives, I think. That could be easier.) Thanks so much. -- Tom 01:10, 27 March 2006 (UTC)
