Where's The Trascript?

Is there any specific reason that the Transcript and Easter Eggs haven't been transferred yet? If not, Imma do that before I finish up on Where's The Cheat? -- AgentSeethroo

If Strong Bad's the ruler of Strongbadia shouldn't he have diplomatic immunity?

According to the markings on the wall of the jail, the Cheat and Strong Bad have been in jail for about a week.

I'm trying to figure out what is wrong with noting that this is the first appearance of Biscuit Dough Hands Man. Horn In?

When strong bad said to the cheat are you horning my girl,did he mean are you having sex with my girl?

I don't know if he mean't that.

Ocean's Twelve

Umm... the real-world reference to Ocean's Twelve was a perfectly cromulent reference. What other crime movie with the same plot was about to come out the same year as this toon? Hmm?

It was a pretty decent fact...

I thought that this fact was pretty half-decent, especially for a non-user. (for all of those who didn't see it, it's ther below)

• Strong Bad's hairnet is a possible reference to the film O Brother, Where Art Thou? when Ulysses Everett McGill (played by George Clooney) wore a hairnet while he was on the run from the cops while sleeping in barn only to find he was almost caught be the cops.

Hey, when homestar runner calls strong bad and the cheat low lifes, im confused, because i heard low lifes are prostitutes, but can they also mean just bad criminals? me is confused.

"Lowlife" actually means "A person of low social status or moral character". Thieves and criminals have low morals. So there you go. --DorianGray

A slightly old thread, but not too old: no-goodnik is an old phrase that refers either to someone who's incompetent or, well, to basically what Strong Bad is, someone who has a penchant for causing trouble. Homestar skimask

The colors of Strong Bad's ski mask corespond to Homestar's colors. The top is blue (like Homestar's hat), the next section is red (like the bill of his hat), the third section is white (like his face), and the biggest and last section is red (like Homestar's shirt).

Some anonny added this to the article, and I removed it because I didn't think it quite fit. I did, however, find it interesting, so I'm posting it here. — It's dot com 17:05, 27 October 2006 (UTC)

Car Alarm

Anybody know a place where I can get the car alarm sound effect Homestar imitates?

I've checked everywhere and the only thing I came up with was a "demo" sound from an apparently "royalty-free" site that makes you have to purchase the sounds or else you get a 30-second demo with a sine wave in the background.

Trivia?

Isn't the fact, "The title of the page is "The Bighouse!". At one time, however, when the toon first appeared, the title was "Compy 386!!" just like a Strong Bad Email. This was fixed and changed to "The Bighouse!" within the first day." just a fixed goof? I think this needs some clarification. --Collin Diver 01:17, 19 March 2007 (UTC)

Bun in the oven?

"The strange way in which Strong Sad said "Marzipan and I have a baklava in the oven" may be because it sounded very much like he was going to say "bun in the oven" which refers to a couple who is expecting a child." Aside from the fact that I can't conceive how the randomly odd over-enunciation of baklava connects to the phrase "bun in the oven," the word "may" would seem to render this, not a Fun Fact, but a supposition. Jail Cell? Or Cardboard??

Hey, if the jail cell is made out of cardboard, why didn't The Cheat and Strong Bad just lift it up themselves? there is no sign of chains or tape to hold it down, as evidenced because Strong Mad just lifted it RIIIGGGHHHTT up. Jibblejibblejibble 23:50, 1 January 2010 (UTC)

Running Time

This toon is advertised to be exactly six minutes long. I timed it recently, and it went over seven and a half minutes. this included the waiting eggs, but it had gone over six minutes by the end of the main portion of the toon. i also timed retirement and Where's The Cheat? for their substantial length by comparison, and i got the listed running time in retirement (i guess that one's time isn't really announced on the website) and about the listed time on whereis without the waiting egg (which made it about 10 seconds longer). The math says it's 6:49 to the first end screen, 7:32 to the end of the whole toon. There are several cases where we list what's on the toons menu and then put the actual time next to it. See Halloween Potion-ma-jig for an example. — It's dot com 06:01, 8 May 2010 (UTC)

Mmmmm

Anyone notice that Marzipan says "Who wants mmmm... bakalava?" It may be a bad audio take on Missy's part, but in any case, it's so pronounced that Marzipan's mouth is animated as almost humming when she says it.
