So far, we have only two appearences, but, I think it's obvious to know when Dennis is being used. I just don't think this article is useful. Bluebry 15:32, 2 April 2006 (UTC)

One instance is a remark, two is an inside reference, three at the least deserves a page, in my opinion. Unless anybody can come up with more than (1) instance (Fanstuff doesn't really count), then I think this is a candidate for a speedy deletion. ⇔Thunderbird⇔ 15:36, 2 April 2006 (UTC)

Even if we don't, this is a name that has appeared twice. I mean, if Homestar calls a guy named Mike twice, would that be an inside reference? That could just say "Homestar also called Mike in name." and vice versa on "name". I mean, we don't need a "Mike" page then, right? Bluebry 15:39, 2 April 2006 (UTC)

Should we consider Dennis references to be somewhat a reference to Franz? Or should we consider Franz on the message board as a Dennis appearance? --71.157.162.191 14:13, 14 March 2008 (UTC)

There are a lot of Dennis Franz references on Thoraxcorp, under Leg Delabor's personal page OPEN YOUR EYES! (8/9/00). Two links labeled as Thoraxcorp.com go to here and here. Archived, the sites are here and here, respectively. I think Dennis Franz is a Dennis appearance.

Small edit: the first link refers to the actor Franz and the second to a scientist dude. Not the same guy!

In the Bubslegum Comics, which I can only imagine is a DVD extra (since I seen it on YouTube) has a mention of Dennis. Basically, one kid says to the guy in a trenchcoat and says "Dennis?" then in the next frame, he says to his friend "I just saw dennis!" and the fortune says "Dennis Franz is wearing a trenchcoat". [edit] The Dennis sign

I spent a few minutes trying to find that sign on Google Maps. There are probably a few of the same sign, but the clearest one I could find was here, in the Belleplain State Forest in New Jersey. You can't actually read the Dennis but I'm pretty sure that's it.

I found this page about the same road via reverse image search, so I think it's a safe bet that that's the right sign. Though probably better suited for Weekly Fanstuff or Weekly Fanstuff 2005 than here. DEI DAT VM^┌_{datvm center}\^{super contra}_┘ 14:49, 30 May 2015 (UTC)
