The Aquabats are a superhero-themed rock band that The Brothers Chaps have collaborated with several times.
The Brothers Chaps previously worked on frontman Christian Jacobs's preschooler show Yo Gabba Gabba!, which has also been nodded to on Homestar Runner.

- Hi-Five Soup! — Strong Bad is a featured artist on "Pink Pants!", alongside a cameo by Homestar Runner.
- Aquabats Concert - 18 Jan 2011 — The same day the album was released, Puppet Strong Bad appeared in a live performance to help sing "Pink Pants!".
- The Aquabats! Super Show! — Matt Chapman contributed wrote, directed, and/or acted in multiple episodes of the show.
- "CobraMan!" — Matt features as villain-of-the-week Carl, a carnival barker who resembles Strong Bad both in voice and his luchador mask.
