"...My head would be an old keyboard, and when I get mad, it'd play the demo."

Casio Head Strong Bad is an incarnation of Strong Bad featured in his "kah-razy" cartoon, who has an old Casio VL-Tone keyboard for a head, as well as larger boxing gloves. When he gets mad, his keyboard head plays demo music ("Yama no Ongakuka" or "The Mountain Musicians"). In Decemberween Sweet Cuppin' Cakes, it played a rendition of "Jingle Bells". When music is playing from the keyboard, dancing usually ensues.

In Main Page 18, when you hover your mouse over the Characters button, he appears and plays the "Rock-1" beat, which was most notably used by German band Trio for their 1982 hit song "Da Da Da". The Brothers Chaps state in the FAQ that most of the music on Homestar Runner is done on "old Casio keyboards or worse". This may be why Casio Head Strong Bad's head is a Casio keyboard. In a @StrongBadActual post, a puppet version of Casio Head Strong Bad appeared, as Puppet Strong Bad with a Casio keyboard in place of his head.
