In order to properly block this troll (when he's not using a user name, he's recognizable by his IP number: his always begins "65.167.69") you have to block the whole range; he's been known to switch IP addresses on a whim should one get blocked. In order to do this, block the range as "65.167.69.0/24". Of course, I'm || this close to putting a permanent ban on the range, but I fear that such an action would block many totally legit users. --{{User:Jay/sig}} 16:39, 1 Sep 2005 (UTC)
