- Email english paper — Homestar Runner's screen name on Some Type of Online Auction is witchesbrew82.
- Peasant's Quest — The game is copyrighted in 1982.
- Email virus — Edgar the Virus Hunter is copyrighted in 1982.
- The Edgar splash screen appears again on Main Page 22.
- Scrolling Shooter Games Menu — "1982" is seen next to Videlectrix.com on the bottom of the screen.
- Email trading cards (Easter Egg) — The game "C.H.E.A.T." bears a copyright year of 1982. This is the same year as E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial, the game it's parodying.
- Where's The Cheat? (game) — An expanded version of the title card repeats the 1982 copyright date.
- Everything Else, Volume 3 — 1982 is seen in the main menu.
- 8-Bit is Enough — Homestar mentions that Putchnya Shotski competed in the 1982 Winter Olympics (though, in reality, there were no Olympic Games held that year).
