From amplifying one's voice to replacing a hand, there is no shortage of megaphones in the Homestar Runner universe.

• Email new hands — Strong Bad says one of his hands would be replaced by a bullhorn, so everyone could hear all the important stuff he has to say.
  • Flash Store — Strong Bad with bucket and bullhorn hands was available in figurine.
• Ballad of the Sneak — One of the Vaudeville singers sings a line through a megaphone, and the other two's heads come out of the megaphone to harmonize.
• Fall Float Parade — Bubs puts on an anti-Coach Z display, repeatedly shouting "Coach Z, you jerk!" through a megaphone.
• Trogday 08 — Strong Bad says a line of "Na na na na" with his face inside a megaphone.
• Teen Girl Squad Issue 14 — Cheerladder holds a megaphone in the school picture.
• Homestar Ruiner Teen Girl Squad — Cheerleader uses a megaphone while cheerleading.
• Email independent — Pom Pom has a megaphone next to his chair while directing his indie film.
• Decemberweenvent Calendar (2022 Revisited) — The Decemberween Thnikkaman shouts his trademark line through a megaphone right next to Strong Bad.
