[edit] Hi from the next county!
Hi Dacheatbot! I saw your userpage and that you're from Thousand Oaks. I'm from Goleta, and I drive through your city on the 101 on my way to LA all the time. Hope all's going well for you, and keep on tranglin'! Heimstern Läufer 19:31, 25 February 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Chameleon
I noticed your new brain teaser, and was contemplating an answer when I noticed your note on my talk page. In any case, my guess would be... That it would depend on their mood. Their changing colors depends not just on their surroundings, but also on their mood. My other guess would be that if the light's off, they're black. If the light's on, they're... Yellowish, or white. So am I close with either of those? ⇔Thunderbird⇔ 06:23, 27 February 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Question
Yes. --TheThingé 23:07, 27 February 2006 (UTC)
- You got .25 of the question right --Dacheatbot · Communicate 23:15, 27 February 2006 (UTC)
Yeppers. Although, technically, if they didn't tell me, they'd still be lying, so... it's actually a paradox of sorts, because if your friend lies all the time and tells you so, then he's lying, so he's telling the truth, so that means he's lying, blah blah blah... --אוקאלייליי (Ookelaylay)

[edit] Bomb
The only thing I could think of was to open the flashlight, remove a resistor, reconnect the circuit, and something will blow out. Or the bulb just breaks. I dunno... Bluebry 04:57, 3 March 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Honor and family?
Um, how did I bring honor to your family? If it was just a joke, don't post unnecessary comments. I'm currently under fire for doing so. — Seriously (Talk) 03:25, 5 March 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Many threes!
I've taken that test with the 3's before one here (warning: some may find it unsuitable). Isn't it supposed to be red and a hammer? I mean, that's what the site said. ♥ teeeffoh! 23:50, 5 March 2006 (UTC)
- Well I guess you found my source. The reason I used yellow was because I, and everyone I did this to around me chose yellow. --Dacheatbot · Communicate 23:55, 5 March 2006 (UTC)

- I'm very glad you're so enthusiastic about this "assosiation". However, what you're currently doing is considered spamming and really gets on a lot of users' nerves. You can promote your club from your own page. — Lapper (talk) 03:17, 9 March 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Signing
Hey Dacheatbot. I noticed something unusual earlier. Are you typing out "{{User:Dacheatbot/sig}} ~~~~~
" each time you sign your name? If so, there's a simpler way. Just put "{{User:Dacheatbot/sig}}
" in the Nickname field in your preferences. Make sure that "Raw signatures (without automatic link)" is checked. Then, to sign your name, you just have to type four tildes ("~~~~
") and the system will put your name and a timestamp automatically. Cheers! — It's dot com 01:33, 10 March 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Belated welcome
Hey! You seem to be one of the Cool New Users who've popped up during my temporary time of reduced HRWikiage; if this were a few months ago, I would probably have noticed you within 12 hours of your joining, tops. Anyway, I just wanted to say that you do indeed rock, the more so for being 11, and you have awesome skills of coherent written self-expression (I deal on a daily basis with quite a few 11- and even 16- and 17-year-olds who aren't always so coherant in spoken communication!). —AbdiViklas 06:00, 10 March 2006

[edit] Signature
Hey there Da Cheatbot, this is your friendly neighbourhood TBird. I like your new signature, it looks very spiffy and original. However, I have to inform you that your signature is also significantly larger than most, and is larger than our current standards. Hopefully you'll be able to find a way to trim it down a bit within a few days, either with different wording, perhaps <small> tags, or whatever else you come up with. Below is the current maximum for signature length, and your current signature to compare. I do hate to be the bearer of bad news, and I hope you won't hold this against me. ;) ⇔Thunderbird⇔ 02:16, 15 March 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Welcome template fixes
Umm...why did you change my welcome? --Dacheatbot · Communicate 01:11, 20 March 2006 (UTC)
- Well, a few things needed to be fixed. First of all, whenever you welcome someone, it's important to use the "subst" command with the template. That way, you insert actual code instead of a link to your template. Also, your template had a {{{2}}} without a {{{1}}}. There are a couple of other tweaks you should probably make: You should change {{PAGENAME}} to {{{1}}} and change the {{{1}}} that I fixed back to {{{2}}}. Then, this is the code that you would use when you welcome someone:
{{subst:User:Dacheatbot/welcome|{{subst:PAGENAME}}|~~~~~}}

[edit] Personal image problem
Hey, Dacheatbot. In accordance with HRWiki:Personal images, you are only allowed 2 large personal images to use on your userpage. Currently, you have uploaded 4. They are:
Thank you for your co-operation in this matter. – The Chort 15:02, 25 March 2006 (UTC)
- Images you are using for welcomes or awards count toward your total. If you want to keep those, you'll have to remove the clarinet and cutout from your user page.
- I don't think that the note should count as a personal image. Me and KeiferSkunk made that image for HRwiki use. The NAGLC barnstar should count as mine as much as any member on NAGLC. --Dacheatbot · Communicate 16:43, 25 March 2006 (UTC)
- Sorry, but that's incorrect. KieferSkunk made you that fanstuff for your personal use, and custom barnstars count toward the image total of the person who uploaded it. — It's dot com 16:46, 25 March 2006 (UTC)
- Can you take down the Clarinet and Cut-out Dot com? --Dacheatbot · Communicate 16:51, 25 March 2006 (UTC)
- Wait no! --Dacheatbot · Communicate 16:55, 25 March 2006 (UTC)
- No need to panic. I'm not going to be editing your user page. But you should. Once you do, all you need to do is change the "personal-image" template on each image page to "personal-image-abandoned". Then, if you want to reclaim the images in the future you can. The reason for our policy is that we really don't want too many personal images or custom barnstars, as they tend to detract from the true purpose of this project. Thanks for your understanding. — It's dot com 16:56, 25 March 2006 (UTC)
- Hey there Dacheatbot, I'd be happy to take one of these images as my own personal image but it still be yours. — DBK! 16:57, 25 March 2006 (UTC)
- Can you take the Cut-out image? --Dacheatbot · Communicate 17:01, 25 March 2006 (UTC)
- I recommend that the one he takes be the NAGLC image, since it's a more general-use image. — It's dot com 17:02, 25 March 2006 (UTC)
- I'll take whatever one you want me to, but it still leaves one left over. — DBK! 17:03, 25 March 2006 (UTC)
- Can I keep a Image on The Fanstuff Wiki and use it here? --Dacheatbot · Communicate 17:05, 25 March 2006 (UTC)
- No, but you can keep it on your own server. Here's what I think you should do, though: Lose the whole clarinet userbox. It's interesting info (I myself play French horn and most brass instruments), but it really doesn't have anything to do with H*R. Then, turn the NAGLC image over to one of the other NAGLC members who will keep it safe for you, in this case DBK. That would bring you under the limit, and you'd be following the spirit of the rule, which is that any images that are on your user page and nowhere else should be attributed to you. — It's dot com 17:08, 25 March 2006 (UTC)
- Sorry for the threadjack, but just wanted to comment - wow, all the musicians here! - Qermaq - (T/C) 17:12, 25 March 2006 (UTC)
- Why not use this image for NAGLC? — DBK! 17:14, 25 March 2006 (UTC)
- That would also be a workable solution for that image, but it doesn't address my post above concerning the fanstuff error message and the clarinet, namely that images that are only on your user page should be marked as yours and not someone else's. — It's dot com 17:17, 25 March 2006 (UTC)

- I don't think that the note should count as a personal image. Me and KeiferSkunk made that image for HRwiki use. The NAGLC barnstar should count as mine as much as any member on NAGLC. --Dacheatbot · Communicate 16:43, 25 March 2006 (UTC)

[edit] NAGLC IRC
Hey, you have the NAGLC Trivia on IRC. May I host a "Things you didn't know about other users" thing on IRC for the NAGLC barnstar? You konw, like, we ask other users for a fact, and, they say one or don't participate, or, something like that. Also, the fact asking and answering must be aone by email, but we ask them "Would you like to give a fact for the IRC thing? If yes, give it by email. If no, say no here". Just an idea. Wait, lemme give an example.
:EXAMPLE: Would you like to give a fact for the "Things you didn't know about other users" on IRC? If yes, give the fact in an email. If no, say no here. And the person would be all like:
- Yes, and I would also like to be your girlfriend based solely on your awesome boots. I have sent you the email. {{User's sig}} 03:47, 28 March 2006 (UTC)
Or, they'd be like:
::No. {{User's sig}} 03:47, 28 March 2006 (UTC)
- I mean, that's an example. Bluebry 03:47, 28 March 2006 (UTC)
- Personaly I would like it if you did a different barnstar but I would like to be part of your thing. --Dacheatbot · Communicate 04:34, 28 March 2006 (UTC)
- I mean, that's an example. Bluebry 03:47, 28 March 2006 (UTC)
- Okay. Maybe not a barnstar, though. Maybe like an, e-plaque. Bluebry 01:09, 29 March 2006 (UTC)
- Can I be your first person? I've got a great fact. Can I get your email? --Dacheatbot · Communicate 01:19, 29 March 2006 (UTC)
- Yep. Click here. Also, make sure it's a fact that you've never said on the wiki, 'cause that can be traced back. Thanks! Also, it will be held at a random time this weekend. Bluebry 01:23, 29 March 2006 (UTC)

That binary number "decodes" to 1645837486586711895392716183230053797531666205206517870577656163276290201856785144042604491325534152752900504746588679796852822425996374607370586596643710. However I'm assuming you meant "Binary 8-bit ASCII," in which case it decodes to "Pretty Bird May fly in the Wind. Nature can take it's[sic] own corse[sic]". {Day 1} We arive in Hawaii at about 3:00AM (0:00 Body Time) at a little open-air airport on the west coast of the big island. We travel on the rent-a-something bus and when we get there we are greeted with very long lines. When we finally get the car, it is too small for our luggage so we go through the line again and we get a mini-van that's just right OK. After we get to the hotel we find out that there was a concert for a really good band...and we miss it. So off we go up to the comfy hotel rooms as we get ready for tommorow.

- In any reaction where energy is absorbed/released, including chemical reactions but most noticable in nuclear reactions (because there's more energy involved at a smaller mass), the mass of the reactants changes. The difference in the mass of the reactants, times c² is the energy released or absorbed - if the reactants get lighter the energy is released, and vice-versa. --phlip TC 15:54, 13 May 2006 (UTC)
