Many of the Homestar Runner DVDs feature DVD Commentaries, available by changing the audio track.
The commentaries are primarily provided by The Brothers Chaps, although Matt frequently will be in-character. For the purposes of this article, "Matt Chapman" is only checked when he appears as himself; note that sometimes he will start or stop voicing a character partway through a commentary.
