The freebie system was put on hold in June 2011 due to a lack of supplies. Sometime between August 7 and September 25 of 2011, a notice was placed on the Freebies page stating that a free bumper sticker would be offered with each order "starting in October"; however, the page was not updated again before the Yahoo store's closure in 2015.

Freebies, or free pieces of merchandise, were given away for a time with purchases made in the Yahoo Store.

Originally, the freebie received was based on the total amount of merchandise ordered, prior to shipping and handling charges. Gift certificate purchases were not eligible for freebies. The selection changed over time, hence why some dollar amounts are listed with multiple freebies.
