Don Bluth

Don Bluth is an animator and director. First working as an animator at Disney, Bluth later worked with Steven Spielberg, FOX, and as an independent producer from the 80s through the present day. Primarily working in film, he is also known for his animation work on full-motion video LaserDisc games. These works are sometimes referenced by The Brothers Chaps.

- Email rock opera (DVD commentary) — Strong Bad sings a part from "Somewhere Out There" from An American Tail.
- Thy Dungeonman 3 — While musing on thoughts of her dead husband, the hag is said to be "landbeforetiming".
- Blue Laserdisc Challenge — The game is a parody of LaserDisc games such as Dragon's Lair and Space Ace, both of which featured animation by Bluth.
- Marzipan's Answering Machine Version 14.2 — In the Easter egg, Homestar Runner sings a part from "Somewhere Out There" from An American Tail.
- Final Hours Playthrough — Mike Chapman draws a movement card to move the peasants west, and Strong Bad says "Peasants Goes West" is his "favorite Don Bluth joke", in reference to An American Tail: Fievel Goes West.
- This same reference is used by Strong Sad in Six-Sadded, Die. - Trogdor's Fiery Rage.
- Mr. Poofers Must Die — Homestar dresses as Dirk the Daring from Dragon's Lair.
- The Homestar Runner Enters The Spooky Woods — Bubs dresses as Commander Borf from Space Ace.
