Harmless Junk, Inc. is a real Georgia-based corporation created and operated by The Brothers Chaps with various family members. It owns and controls the Homestar Runner franchise.

According to the DVD commentary for Halloween Fairstival, the name derives from the Batman episode "The Joker Goes to School".

Certain Homestar Runner products are distributed by Harmless Junk, Inc under the alias of Cheap as Free, including the Homestar Runner music catalogue. Games are typically branded as Videlectrix.
