Waffle House is a chain of sit-down restaurants, located primarily in the southern and southeastern United States, and headquartered in Norcross, Georgia. The Brothers Chaps have made several parodies and references to this establishment in the Homestar Runner body of work, in addition to eating there themselves. In fact, Matt Chapman said in the Run Devil Run Interview that Homestar Runner and a deal with Waffle House (or the Atlanta Braves) would go well together, to which Mike Chapman agreed, however, with "Waffle House or Wiffle Ball."

• Main Page 5 — The entire page consists of Homestar Runner and presumably Coach Z working in a Waffle House. The picture frames of waffles are an allusion to the various frames hung near the top of the walls in most Waffle Houses. Said various frames contain relevant photos of meals and the history of Waffle House.
• Run Devil Run Interview — Matt says, "Say if Waffle House or the Atlanta Braves approached us, we'd wheel and deal," to which Mike says, "Either Waffle House or Wiffle Ball."
• Wallpaper — One of the wallpapers is a parody of the Waffle House logo, using the text "Homestar Runner" instead of "Waffle House".
• Email pizza joint (DVD commentary) — Ryan Sterritt, in a derailment from a discussion about the King of Town's pizza order, mentions the turkey melt at Waffle House.
• Rap Song — Peacey P is shown ordering a breakfast meal inside of a "Waffle-O Stow" on to a moving limousine. In addition to the name, the appearance of the Waffle-O Stow is similar to that of Waffle House establishments.
• Kotaku Interview - 13 Jun 2008 — The interview took place inside of a Waffle House.
• Punkin Stencils — In the 2009 update, Homestar includes a Waffle House in the list of places he has appeared in Main Pages.
• Gizmodo Interview - 24 Jan 2017 — When Mike talks about the process of making a toon, he mentions "maybe stopping at Waffle House on the way home".
• Stinkoman 20X6 — Stinkoman comments that "the crystal shards of Mecha-Trogador [are] scattered and smothered across Planet K", referring to one of the many characteristic ways to order hash browns at a Waffle House.
• Dangeresque Roomisode 3: Keep My Enemies, Loser — When talking to the kitchen door, Dangeresque says a variation of the lines from Main Page 5.
