Mendelev the archer is a character from the game Peasant's Quest. He runs the archery booth. He and his twin brother Dongolev don't always get along. The brothers can be told apart by the color of the feathers in their caps. Mendelev's feather is yellow, Dongolev's is red.
In 1987, he liked Strong Bad's wallpaper and sent an email to him saying so, as seen in the email "no loafing."
He may be named after Dmitri Mendeleev, who organized the periodic table of the elements.
In the live-action trailer, both he and his twin brother are played by Matt Gribbon.
