"My blood hurts."

Occasionally, some characters, if they're hurt badly enough, will start to bleed. Also, there have been some cases where blood is seen, but is not from any character in particular. In rare cases, blood is only mentioned.

Appearances

  • In Search of the Yello Dello New VersionHomestar Runner's head starts to bleed after The Yello Dello pecks him on the head the second time.
  • Main Page 3 — Rolling over "Games" will bring up a whale with bloody harpoon wounds.
  • Main Page 7 — Rolling over "Store" will cause blood to squirt from Homestar's brain.
  • Email flag dayStrong Mad's arm starts to bleed when Strong Bad carves a snake tattoo on it.
  • Teen Girl Squad Issue 2 — At the end of the toon, What's Her Face's knees are bleeding because Thomas "hit her with a bat".
  • Teen Girl Squad Issue 3 — What's Her Face bleeds in various places after possums attack her. She also claims that her "blood hurts".
  • TROGDOR!Trogdor bleeds if he gets arrowed or sworded.
  • Strumstar Hammer — The first page says "Everybody throws shot-puts at The Homestar Runner. He is bleeding pretty bad."
  • Malloween Commercial — Blood drips down the screen after Marshie exits the coffin.
  • Experimental Film — Strong Bad says that he'll "relegate [Strong Sad's] face to a bloody pulp."
  • Peasant's Quest — If you type in "knock until your knuckles bleed" at Naked Ned's house, Rather Dashing will do so, though this isn't shown.
  • Email pom pom — As Strong Bad pokes Homestar in the chin with a pin, red dots begin to appear on Homestar's face.
  • Labor Dabor — In one of the bowling Easter eggs, a bowling pin is cut in half, causing its blood to splatter on the wall, spelling "SPLiT".
  • Email the facts — The green cylinder bleeds when Doug the Dino bites off a large chunk of it.
  • Homestar vs. Little Girl 2 — Blood drips down the title screen.
  • Teen Girl Squad Issue 10 — When So and So says "A B/G PRTY?!", she appears with bloody fangs.
  • Email disconnected — The hole in Strong Body's neck shows blood.
  • Email pop-up — One of the things Strong Bad dumps on Strong Sad with his cement mixer is "ram's blood".
  • Email redesign — The redesigned No Loafing sign includes bloody fangs.
  • Email cliffhangers — The Tandy 400 and the Compy 386 sever the Lappy 486's "little toe", leaving a puddle of blood.
  • Blue Laserdisc Challenge — In one of Blue Laser Commander's deaths, he gets chopped in half with a little blood squirted out.
  • Happy Hallow-day — Strong Bad tries to scare Marzipan by leaping out from behind The Stick and shouting "Grody bloody gross and blood!"
  • Let us give TANKS! — Blue Laser Commander jabs a fork in a minion's eye, causing blood to stream down his face.
  • Thy Dungeonman 3 — The concession stand of the restaurant has some "fake ketchup", which is actually blood. Drinking it will cause your character to die. You also have to pour it on your head to make yourself look like the hag's husband, who "died of a bloody head".
  • Email what I want — Strong Bad ends with "Well, happy Decemberween everybloody!"
  • DNA Evidence — When Marzipan says she found the DNA evidence in her house, Strong Sad asks if it was either "hair particles", "skin flakes", or "blood crispies".
  • Email the movies — Strong Bad asks Strong Sad if he'd heard of "Bloody Pulp: The amazingly true story of your face in 5 seconds."
  • Email the paper — As part of its goth phase, The Paper drips blood. (It also drips blood in its preppy phase, for some reason.) Also, in an Easter egg, Homestar, who's tangled upside down in the paper, sings that his blood is rushing to his head.
