Trains

"Drop a train on 'em!"

Large, lumbering locomotives that carry passengers across towns and across countries, trains are often mentioned but not seen. Hobos are frequently noted to inhabit them.

• Homsar's Character Video — Homsar declares himself as the captain of a gravy train.
• Hallrunner — One of the obstacles that the Hallrunner encounters is a train.
• Marzipan's Answering Machine Version 9.2 — Upon hearing that Marzipan had supposedly asked him to go away and pick up sticks, Homestar Runner angrily breaks up with her saying she's taking the Alone Train to Aloneville.
• Email caffeine — Strong Sad hyperactively asks Marzipan to make wood-davers with him, and says they'll be so successful they will take the wood-daver train into a new century.
• Email virus — Strong Bad orders Edgarware to "drop a train on 'em" and remove the viruses from his computer.
• Most in the Graveyard — Echoing his character video, Homsar declares himself Captain Caveman of the graveyard train.
• @StrongBadActual — September 23, 2017; June 30, 2018; September 18-21, 2018 — Strong Bad thinks of making a "Drop A Train On 'Em" VR simulator.

Getting Run Over

"TEN O'CLOCK AND TWO O'CLOCK!"

Getting run over is a description of an activity in which characters get injured by a moving vehicle hitting them, especially during Halloween at night.

Appearances

• Sensitive to Bees — Strong Bad mocks Marzipan's song by saying people who go outside will get run over by a truck.
• Marzipan's Answering Machine Version 7.0 — Strong Bad pranks Marzipan, telling her she should wear all black and walk in the street to reduce her risk of being run over.
• Email kids' book — Strong Bad defaces a book showing a boy named Frankie about to be run over by a truck.
• Teen Girl Squad Issue 9 — Cheerleader gets run over by her older friend with a learner's permit.
• The Baloneyman — Bubs hits and runs over Strong Sad and his book stand with his Baloney Sammich Truck.
• Costume Commercial — Strong Sad wears a reflective road block to reduce the risk of being accidentally run over, but increases his risk of being intentionally run over.
• Fan Costumes 2017 — Strong Bad remarks that a costume of a motion capture suit has a lot of black and increases his risk of being run over.
