This template serves a standard header for @StrongBadActual Tweet pages.

To use this template:

{{tweets-header|year=<year>|[month=<month>]|[monthnav=true]|[transcripts=true]}}

Note that the month is optional and used only on monthly tweet pages.
monthnav is also optional and used when we want to force the monthly nav to be displayed
transcripts is also optional and used when we want to display the nav on a Transcripts page.
