Hmm, you may be right. I'd forgotten that exclamtion points and 1's are the same key. The only thing that makes me wonder, though, is that the person did it ''twice'', which invites some suspicion from me (same mistake twice within 5 mintues? Possible, but still suspicious). Either way, the sysops are usually pretty good about knowing when they should and shouldn't block people, so we'll be fine.
