The Exact Same is a puppet that looks like Homestar Runner. In Main Page 25, he apparently thought that he was the exact same as Homestar.
He looks similar to Homestar, but he has a flatter hat (with no propeller), is more tubelike, has a smaller head and underbite, and rounder eyes. His voice, also nothing like that of Homestar, has a plain, stressed male tone, done by Mike Chapman. He does not move his mouth when he speaks.
