This letter, appearing first, directed visitors to email The Brothers Chaps at their brotherschaps@homestarrunner.com address. Stylized like a promotional letter, with a visible plastic window and labels promising "YOU ARE ALREADY APPROVED!" and "EMAIL US!", the letter had a single stamp and was not postmarked. The information on the envelope read:

The brotherschaps@homestarrunner.com email is no longer monitored. Emails sent to the address receive the automated reply:

Hi. This isn't so much of a valid email address no more. Not so much at all.
