Trogdor the Burninator is an S-shaped wingaling dragon with a beefy arm that originated in the email dragon whose sole purpose in life is to burninate the countryside, peasants, and thatched-roof cottages of Peasantry. Trogdor sprung from the wild imagination of Strong Bad when he was asked to show his "skills of an artist".

In the email where he was first created, after Strong Bad finishes showing off his artistic skills, there is a heavy metal song about Trogdor with a music video drawn in pencil. According the the dragon's commentary, there wasn't supposed to even be a song, but after Matt started to sing it off the top of his head, The Brothers Chaps knew they had to put it in the email. Later, when Strong Bad Sings and Other Type Hits was released, an extended version was made. The song made its way to KaraokeFun where Homestar Runner got a score of 84 in it.

In the arcade game called TROGDOR!, found in Strong Bad's Basement, the player controls the anti-hero Trogdor. The goal of this game is to squish enough peasants required to achive burnination and at the same time avoid The Red and Blue Knights and the siamese archers.

In the game Peasant's Quest, killing the Burninator to get revenge is Rather Dashing's quest. After Trogdor burninated his thatched-roof cottage and against the advice of the King of Peasantry, he journeys to the Trog-Cave just to get burninated by the dragon like many before him. In this game, Trogdor's voice is an old speech synthesizer called the Software Automatic Mouth, or S.A.M.

Trogdor has become more popular than The Brothers Chaps have ever thought. According to the Giant Magazine Interview, the Trogdor shirt sold in the store is the best selling item there, even more than strongbad_email.exe. Fans even dress up as the character as seen in Fan Costume Commentary and More Fan Costumes, and even created some interesting fanstuff.

A 20X6 version of Trogdor called Trogador was revealed at the NYU Talk, which was unused until Happy Trogday.

How to draw Trogdor

1. Draw an S.
2. Draw a more different S.
3. Close it up real good at the top for his head.
4. Using consummate V's, give him teeth, spinities, and angry eyebrows.
5. You can add smoke or fire.
6. Add some wings.
7. Put one of those beefy arms for good measure.
8. Write his name TROGDOR the BURNiNATOR.
9. Check out all his majesty.
