Toilets are an item that have frequently appeared in the Homestar Runner universe, in many differing shapes and forms. Although toilets were mentioned early on in such instances as Marzipan's Answering Machine Version 1.0 and halloweener, they did not appear anywhere on the site until late 2002.

Appearances

• Email kids' book (Easter egg) — Strong Bad modified a trophy to resemble a toilet in his parody book Strumstar Hammer, referred to as a "comode".
• Email for kids — A toilet is drawn by Strong Bad in the background for his kids' show.
• Email the facts — A clay toilet appeared in Strong Mad's claymation cartoon, Doug the Dino.
• Shopping for Danger — A toilet is seen in Blue Laser's bathroom.
• Halloween Fairstival — Coach Z tells his visitors to get their candy out of his locker room toilet.
• Teen Girl Squad Issue 9 — Port-O-John is a portable toilet.
• Email candy product — Strong Bad is seen in the bathroom (presumably sitting on a toilet) and reading a newspaper.
  • He is again seen reading a newspaper in the bathroom in underlings and in hremail3184.
• Email unnatural — Bubs grows to gargantuan size when he accidentally flushes himself down the toilet. In an Easter egg, Strong Bad can be seen trying the same thing.
• Sketchbook — The entry for 11 May 2007 shows an alligator in a toilet, holding a piece of paper.
• Teen Girl Squad Issue 13 — A French toilet crushes Cheerleader with a plunger.
• Email hiding — A toilet appears in Strong Bad's bathroom.
• Jibblies 2 — The Jibblies Painting has a urinal in his kitchen inside the picture.
• Strong Bad's Cool Game For Attractive People — A toilet appears in the Bathroom of the Brothers Strong.
  • Strong Badia The Free — If clicked, Strong Bad will remark "toilet humor", "potty humor" and "commode humor".
  • Baddest of the Bands — Strong Bad is amazed it still works after The King of Town had used it in the previous month. If the player commands Strong Bad to use laundry bleach on it, Strong Bad will state that only Strong Sad cleans the toilet.
  • 8-Bit Is Enough — When clicked, Strong Bad states "If I gaze too long into the abyss, the abyss gazes back at me. And asks to be sanitized."
• 2 Part Episode: Part 1 — Reynold's "office" contains a toilet.
• 2 Part Episode: Part 2 — The toilet from Part 1 makes another appearance. Gunhaver admires its green water. Also, the beginning of the episode states that the episode was "written on the john" by A. Chimendez.
• The House That Gave Sucky Tricks — Strong Bad tries to get Strong Sad to reach into a toilet that is full of poop.

• Email halloweener — Strong Bad says, "You dress up like me this year and the ladies will flock to you like the Poopsmith to an overflowing toilet."
  • Email rock opera — The word "toilet" from this line is used in the rock opera.
• A Decemberween Pageant — Strong Sad appeared to be "up-chucking" in a stall.
• Ballad of The Sneak — The Kaiser can be seen coming out of a latrine.
• Email video games — The email intro is, "Email is like a prison. A prison with no walls... and no toilet."
• A Folky Tale — Coach Z claimed that Saddy Dumpington's name sounded like a "terlet".
• Halloween Potion-ma-jig — One of the stirring utensils Homestar can earn is a "terlet brush".
• Happy Hallow-day — While looking for Halloween night, Strong Bad says he's going to interrogate the toilet.
• Hremail 2000 — One of Homestar's shoe puppets threatens the other with hard labor in his "toilet mine".
• Marzipan's Answering Machine Version 16.2 — Marzipan calls Strong Sad to warn him that "Slick Somebody" claims to have replaced her toilet's "Roman candle valve". She's too late to prevent him from flushing the toilet and setting off explosions.
• Marzipan's Answering Machine Version 17.2 — Coach Z claims to have drunk Melonade from a toilet.

Toilet Paper

• Email new hands (Easter egg) — One of the options for Strong Bad's new hands is a roll of toilet paper.
• Marzipan's Answering Machine Version 7.0 — Strong Bad as "Safety Dan" assures Marzipan that her house is safe from Halloween egging and toilet-papering.
• 3 Times Halloween Funjob — Strong Bad, Strong Mad and The Cheat toilet paper The Stick. They offer to give a roll to the King of Town in exchange for leaving them alone. Strong Bad also sits on a throne made of toilet paper rolls.
• Baddest of the Bands — Coach Z has a crate filled with "Colonel Rockbottom's half-ply toilet tissue", which he brands with his own logo. Strong Bad steals some to toilet paper The Stick and frame Coach Z. Strong Bad himself refuses to use the toilet paper, claiming that butt requires at least seven plies.
• Donut Unto Others — Homestar writes his secret recipe for doughnuts on a square of toilet paper.
• Posh Toilet Paper — This Skills of an Artist consists of Strong Bad drawing a picture of a roll of toilet paper being held by a cat statue.
