Spirits of '76 is a bicentennial-themed video game featured in 8-Bit is Enough. The game uses a Light Musket peripheral to ward off the ghosts of redcoats. The player must help Founding Fathers find things they lost that correspond to the riddles they tell. When the player gives a ghost the proper item, he will reveal his identity to the player. The ghosts invaded the House of the Brothers Strong after The Cheat removed the cartridge while the game was loading.
